Its known antagonistic effects on E.coli and cholera enterotoxin makes it particularly effective in gastrointestinal distress such as bacterial diarrhea or intestinal parasites. To amplify its effect on gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria, grapefruit seed extract has been added to this formula.
